Marton Náray (Soundczech):
How to prepare for the showcase?
Márton Náray has been working in the creative and cultural sector for over 20 years. During this time he had the opportunity to explore the music industry through a 360° viewpoint, as a record store manager, a festival programmer (Sziget Festival, Babel Sound, European Music Day, OZORA Festival, West-Balkan, Akvarium Klub - Budapest... ) a booking agent, a project manager for a governmental music export agency (Music Export in Hungary and the Czech Republic), a city program manager, a conference organizer (regiON, SoundQuest, Overhead, Nouvelle Prague), club promoter, tour manager, musician, radio presenter, and of course as a music addict. Since 2018, Marton works as the director of the Czech music export office.
Honza Gregar (Festas):
How to get to the festival, to the club?
Honza Gregar is one of the founders of the cultural organization Nerudný fest with more than 16 years of experience in the field of organizing festivals and cultural productions. For more than 7 years he was in charge of the dramaturgy of the international festival Mladí ladí jazz. In 2018, he was a judge of the largest European showcase of the Jazzahead festival in Bremen, he is also a delegate of the Central European Jazz Showcase in Brno. In recent years, among other things, he participated in the foundation of the Freedom Festival platform on the occasion of November 17, as well as in various campaigns to support civil society.

How to go abroad?
Longtime playwright and manager of the Vršovice club Café V lese. He is also part of the D Smack U Promotion agency, where he is in charge of smaller club concerts by foreign artists. He is mainly dedicated to foreign production and artist hospitality, which he is also in charge of at the Grape or Rock for People festivals.
For several years, he was the manager of the teepee band, with which he went on a European tour with the English Seafret. Now he works with Lazer Viking and the band WYFE. He regularly participates in foreign showcase festivals.
Miloš Blaháček (IMF CR):
How to capitalize social networks?
Founder of Czech record label and music marketing agency Digiton Music Agency. He has been active on the music scene for more than 10 years - as a musician (Deloraine, formerly Maniac) and as a marketing specialist and manager. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University, specializing in copyright law. Digitons goal is to help artists grow their music careers, primarily through quality work with their social networks.
He currently collaborates with artists such as Deloraine, Jamaron, Blitz Union and Štěpán Soukup.
Michal Samiec:
How to technically prepare for playing in clubs and festivals?
Michal Samiec - previously the bassist of mostly unknown bands, now the sound engineer of quite well-known bands. He has been gathering experience for twenty years in small clubs and at the biggest Czech festivals. Over the past ten years, he has devoted most of his time to working with bands of all possible genres, currently for example Kumšt Live, Pražský Víbrák, minus123minut, Vertigo, Klára Vytisková. He can also be heard regularly behind the mix of the JazzDock club in Prague. As part of his Speed Mentoring session, he will be happy to discuss all the essentials of technical riders with you.

How about a foreign promo?
My whole professional life has been journalism, PR, marketing with a few years of detour into the world of music production. Promotes the activities of the SoundCzech music office, helps with the Karlín Barracks promotion. He has worked on five years of the Brutal Assault festival and hundreds of concerts under the banner of Obscure Promotion. In the past, he went through the editorial offices of CRo 1 Radiožurnál and the E15 newspaper, but he also gained experience at the film distribution company Aerofilms or at the non-profit Post Bellum. If he is not promoting music, he is actively playing or at least writing about music. He considers connecting people as his life goal.
